What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address

- Any details you choose to share in the project brief
We do not use marketing or analytics cookies. Our site uses essential technical resources (fonts and scripts) loaded from third-party CDNs which may receive your IP address and browser information as part of normal HTTP requests.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've engaged us for. We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (you have actively submitted the contact form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who processes it on our behalf
- Formspree — handles contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Formspree privacy policy.
- Microsoft 365 — hosts our email (hello@noirhaus.co.uk).
- Netlify — hosts the website itself and processes server logs (including IP addresses) for security and performance. Netlify privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you do not become a client, we will delete it within 12 months. Client data is retained for the duration of our engagement and for 6 years afterwards to meet UK accounting and tax obligations.
