Monday to Friday training at Arbour Park. National League Academy South fixtures, FA Youth Cup participation, and a clear pathway into the first team and Elite Development Squad.
EDS · Full-Time
Advanced tactical and physical development training full-time at Arbour Park. Matches against National League academies with regular first team exposure opportunities.
U12s–U18s
Two evenings per week training with weekend Junior Premier League matches. Focus on technical development, tactical understanding, and a clear pathway to the Ladies First Team (Tier 6).
A Level and BTEC Sport courses available alongside your football development. Full-time academy players can combine elite training with quality education at our partner sixth form.
